A rare case of multiple myxoid fibroadenomas in a 30 year old female is described. This interesting case illustrates the diagnostic and management dilemmas faced by both pathologists and clinicians. With a histological diagnosis of myxoid fibroadenoma the patient requires further evaluation for cutaneous and cardiac myxomas.
