A rare case of leiomyosarcoma of the renal pelvis clinically presenting as an abdominal lump, morphologically growing extrarenally forming a perirenal mass is presented because of its diagnostic problem on F.N.A.C. The clinical, radiological, morphological & histological features are presented with a short review of literature.
